We fully realize how critical it is for an agency to find reliable partners; we understand your needs and know what you require to be able to deliver the quality you wish to achieve.

During the recruitment process we always respect the following rules:
  • Always try to have a face to face discussion with the respondents not only over the phone
  • Better to have 6 good respondents in group, than 8 with 2 not in the criteria or not talkative
  • Always over-recruit (at least 20%) in case of no-show
  • Always remind the respondent of his or her participation in the group the day before and the morning of the group (by phone)
  • For Automotive project, we do not recruit a person if he or she does not have a car registration during the recruitment process
